The Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka presents the third T20I of the continuous series of five matches between Bangladesh and Australia on Friday.
The hosts are already leading the series after winning the first two games. They will try to secure another victory to seal the series.
On the other hand, the visitors would strive to jump back because it is a do-or-die game for them. They will have to find ways to tackle the turn, as the Aussie batsmen struggled a lot in the first two games against spinners.
The track at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium is on the slower side. It has been clear in the previous two games that spinners have achieved great success, and it is expected to remain the same in the third game.
Bangladesh is on the verge of getting a historic series victory, so it is highly unlikely that there will be a change in the winning combination.
BAN XI: Mahmudullah (c), Mohammad Naim, Soumya Sarkar, Shakib Al Hasan, Nurul Hasan (wk), Afif Hossain, Shamim Hossain, Mahedi Hasan, Mustafizur Rahman, Shoriful Islam, Nasum Ahmed.
Although the batting was a big disappointment for the tour, they did not have too many options to exchange the players. Australia could add another spinner to the attack by including Mitchell Swepson in place of Andrew Tye. Ashton Turner can also be replaced by Dan Christian |, which will not only bring depth into the batting line-up, but also give Australia a bowling option at a medium pace.
FROM XI: Alex Carey, Josh Philippe, Mitchell Marsh, Moises Henriques, Matthew Wade (c & wk), Ashton Agar, Mitchell Starc, Adam Zampa, Josh Hazlewood, Andrew Tye / Mitchell Swepson, Ashton Turner / Dan Christian.
