On day 3 of the current first Test between England and India at Trent Bridge in Nottingham, English fast bowler James Anderson added another feather to his glorious cap as he jumped the legend of India Anil Kumble to become the third highest wicketkeeper in the longest format of the game.
It all happened during the 69th over of India’s first innings when Anderson removed a good set KL Rahul. The Indian opening batsman scored 84 off 214 balls. Anderson throws the ball that is level with the corner and forces Rahul to get only a thin edge to the goalkeeper. It was Anderson’s 620th wicket in his glorious Test career.
