From which clubs did Indian male footballers move overseas to play?

Sandesh Jhingan is the latest Indian male soccer player to have tried his luck in Europe.

Sandesh Jhingan, the defender of ATK Mohun Bagan, has joined the Croatian First Division Football League team, HNK Sibenik, for the upcoming season 2021/22. The 28-year-old defender becomes the latest Indian footballer to have played professionally in Europe.

The first Indian player to play for a European club was Mohammed Salim who left Mohammedan Sporting to play for Scottish giants Celtic in 1936. professional contract, but unfortunately he got homesick and decided to return.
