‘It’s almost irreparable’ – USMNT legend Donovan ‘incredibly disappointed’ in McKennie for Covid’s suspension

American men’s national team legend Landon Donovan says he is ‘incredibly disappointed’ in Weston McKennie, as he says the midfielder’s recent suspension leaves him in a place that ‘can hardly be repaired’.

McKennie suspended for Sunday’s qualifier against Canada for breach of Covid Protocols’ U.S. football policy announced Monday that McKennie will also be ruled out for the upcoming game against Honduras.
