This event was inspired by research from Kellogg’s regarding the dancing habits of older adults.

Zoe Ball expressed her hopes for the event. “What we’re trying to do is just encourage people to adopt a bit of dancing in their lives again, because it’s so good for you and it can make such a difference,” she said.

Ball emphasized the benefits of starting the day with movement. “If you start your day with a nice full belly and you have a little dance in the kitchen, that movement is already bringing up your heart rate,” she noted.

She believes this joyful experience can lead to increased confidence. “It’s quite joyful and you’re going to walk out the house with a little bit more swagger,” she added.
