The team was divided into two teams. The field coach, R Sridhar, had to throw a tennis ball in the air while a player from one of the sides tried to climb under it and knocked off his helmet. Meanwhile, his teammates had to surround him and catch the ball after he bounced. The score depends on the number of catches in limited turns for each side.

The Indian captain, Virat Kohli, and the batting coach, Vikram Rathour, also asked the support staff to join them. Vikram Rathour said after the incident it looks a lot of fun; Therefore, the support staff decided to join as well. He felt it was a wonderful activity to start the day.
