WATCH – Shoaib Malik takes an amazing catch on the border to fire Johnson Charles in CPL 2021

In the 20th match of the ongoing Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2021, Pakistani veteran Shoaib Malik showed excellent field skills. While representing Guyana Amazon Warriors, Malik grabs a jaw catch near the border line to get rid of Royals of Barbados‘opening batsman Johnson Charles.

It all happened in the eighth over by another Pakistani star Mohammad Hafeez. The 40-year-old ran around the wicket and hurled the delivery around the middle and leg stump to Charles. The victim went for a walk to the deep back square area where Malik was located.

For a moment, it looked like the white ladder would sail across the boundary wire, but Malik has other plans. The 39-year-old showed his acrobatic skills and grabbed the catch near the boundary line.

During the process, the Sialkot boy loses his balance and goes to cross the rope. But Malik quickly throws the ball in the air and goes over the boundary. He then came in again at the right time to complete the catch.
