Beef Season 2 has officially dropped on Netflix. All eight episodes became available early Tuesday, April 16, 2026.

The new season features an entirely different cast compared to its predecessor. Oscar Isaac plays Joshua Martín, the general manager of Monte Vista Point.

Carey Mulligan portrays Lindsay Crane-Martín, Joshua’s interior designer wife. Charles Melton takes on the role of Austin Davis, a part-time trainer at the country club.

Also joining the cast is Cailee Spaeny as Ashley Miller, a beverage cart attendant. Youn Yuh-jung plays Chairwoman Park, the club’s new owner.

The season explores a feud between two couples that has global ramifications. It also dives into generational wealth disparity and moral compromises—issues that resonate in modern society.

Finneas O’Connell composed the score for this season and made a cameo appearance. Filming took place at locations including Spanish Hills Club and Montecito Club.

This season expands thematically and geographically to Seoul, South Korea. Lee Sung Jin created the show, which features zero characters from Season 1.

“Each generation starts off thinking they’ll never become what they see in the older generation,” said Lee Sung Jin. “But with the passage of time and the pressures of capitalism, each generation soon discovers why the older generations are the way they are.”
